Integrity
						NJS Realty was founded on some very basic yet important core values. 
                        In all my years doing business I've never compromised my integrity. I have 
                        lost deals because of it, but usually gained a friend. Building a business
                        based on trust is one of the most critical factors to success which is often
                        overlooked.
                        
						There was a time when all you needed was a person's word and a handshake 
                        to make a deal happen. While those days are long gone the spirit of that integrity 
                        lives on here at NJS. We are focused on providing all of our clients with the information 
                        they need to make an educated decision. We will NEVER sell you something you don't need, want 
                        or won't make you money. At the end of the day I need to sleep at night knowing I treated everyone 
                        the way I would want to be treated. After all, if I don't have my word, I have nothing.
						Commitment

						Thanks to Mr. David Lindahl for making such a simple point, but I can't emphasize 
                        it's importance enough. Making a commitment in business means your integrity is on the line. 
                        Too often people rush to commit and are forced to make excuses when they can't or won't fulfill 
                        their obligation. The first real estate deal I was involved in was like this and it actually 
                        inspired me to get into the business for myself. The agent promised the world wrapped in a 
                        pretty bow, but when the house was literally falling apart from itself she only had excuses. 
                        It's precisely because of this one single transaction that I made a commitment to provide 
                        superior service to my clients and educate myself as much as possible.
						Accountability
						If you've been involved with real estate for any length of time I'm sure you've 
                        had those agents that will sell you the neighbors car while they're still driving it. 
                        When dealing with investment properties we have to be accountable for every one of them because 
                        there's a good chance we will be managing them as well. That's our biggest advantage! 
                        Why would we try to sell you a property that doesn't perform to the level we 
                        commit to? We have to talk to you long after the sale is done. This makes us a vested partner 
                        in your success.
                        Results
						Anyone can stand in front of a client promising they will deliver the moon and make them rich. 
                        This doesn't impress us at NJS Realty. Our clients are smarter than that because it's our 
                        promise to them that through our commitment to their best interests we have the integrity to be held 
                        accountable for every transaction we make. It's our belief that when you follow these core fundamentals 
                        and provide superior customer service the results will speak for themselves.
